I’ve been ‘inspired’ and basically nicked the idea from @Merkurologist (apologies) who posted a thread very similar to this on TSR.

    Hit:
    Saponificio Varesino 2.0 Brush
    Little Wren Pottery bowl
    Maseto 24mm Finest
    Every Ready 1912
    Cobra (on loan)
    Clog Pruf (on loan)
    GEM G-Bar (on loan)
    Eufros soaps
    BBA Aftershave balm
    Pitralon Classic Aftershave

    Miss:
    Wolfman Guerrilla (Sold)
    Muhle Rocca (Sold)
    Rockwell 6C (Sold)
    Timeless (on loan)
    Sabre (on loan)
    Mongoose (on loan)

The Saponificio Varesino brush bought in January still reigns supreme. Nothing has come close to this magnificent beast. Form and function in perfect harmony. LOVE IT!

The biggest revelation of the year was the (vintage) GEM/SE style razors. The Ever Ready 1912 being my first experience and impressed with its efficiency. The Clog Pruf and GEM G-Bar (which I had on loan) impressed me further with their efficiency and improved smoothness. I did have the Blackbird Sabre on loan but it sadly failed to impress.

I’ve been very fortunate to be loaned A LOT of razors and sent a lot of samples too. A massive thank you to all of you for your generosity and trust….Although I was threatened with punishment of death if I lost a certain someone’s Mongoose. Joking aside the loan of the razors has saved me a fortune.

    @Acer89 @Lann @Looney12345 @halvor @Dr Watson @Wayne @Boru62 @Nishy

    Apologies if I've missed anyone.

So what's impressed and what's not? It's over to you.....

Charcoal Goods Lvl 2 Brass, had this around 6 weeks now and used the other 3 DE’s once only each. If it stays that way in the new year the others will be gone

Wickham's, late to the party with these, in 1912 form that is.

    Misses

Loathe to call the Sabre, Guerilla and TR2 misses. Just too mild for me
