Roast Chicken tonight ... I love a roast chicken! Keeping it simple tonight with roasted potatoes and steamed vegetables: carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, French beans & peas.

Boiled carcass and leftover meats into a sumptuous stew tomorrow. French bread. Yummy!

Roast leg of Pork. Sprouts, Carrots, Cabbage, Roast and Mash Potatoes, real Yorkshire puddings (not that Aunt Bessie garbage) thick Onion gravy. Crackling on the side. roll on 4pm.

Home made spinach + feta cheese pie for lunch. Just fresh off the oven...

You simply can not beat still warm Greek spinach and feta pie!! My lunch was a humble parma ham sandwich with Focaccia bread!

Tonight we had chicken burritos with mole sauce and Spanish rice. Yum.

Made a Pheasant Casserole, with roast potatoes , parsnips, carrots, peas and Brussels. SWMBO actually tucked in, so it was a success.

I hadn't done anything like this for a few weeks with one thing and another so, sitting beside the river this afternoon, I had smash with onions, fried bully beef and beans.

A few minutes to make on my wee stove and absolutely beautiful outside, sitting relaxing
