All self explanatory here really apart from the brush, Yaqi 26mm tuxedo synth. This was my first full shave with the Valet & Feathers. It was, as my dad used to say, rough as old boots. I think I need to sort my technique somewhat if I'm going to get a half decent and enjoyable shave out of this one. Can't fault the other items though, I've been using TOBS gear for ages and still love it.

They're good razors imo but the FHS blades aren't my favourites.
The best shave I get from a Valet is the VC-1, it takes de-spined Gem blades.

A very good, relaxed 2 pass shave which made short work of a day and a half of growth. I recently acquired the Antica Barbiera Colla through BST and have to say I'm extremely impressed. Although very delicately scented, I would rate the performance of this vege soap up there with top tier tallow soaps such as a Valobra and Vitos. ​

You can get a shave ready VC-1 for £20 or less.

I’m seriously under the weather. As are the others in my household. Easter? Bah! Managed to get through this shave. Barely. Wonderful lather from the Salter tallow soap, kindly gifted by @Acer89. However, while the texture is magnificent, and performance ditto, I experienced some sort of sting or burn on my skin. @p.b Knowing your skin is fussy with soaps, have you tried this one?

Charcoal SB Lvl3, Polsilver, Salter tallow soap, Wolf Whiskers Pi Day / Elite Manchurian, Floïd Blue AS.

(My sense of smell is on level with a stone. No clue if the soap has any scent.)

Good morning friends. A fine three pass shave this morning with the Evahs fitted with a GSB. Amici is a low price point soap with high price point quality. Beautiful scent also. I am smooth and refreshed. Enjoy your day friends.

Used a Chisled Face soap sample and the Sherlock scent was very nice but I had that familiar mild tingle. It’s certainly slick though.

doh - wrong week.

The handle is a Shavemac 400 Rubberset in Tortoise, but I don't think Bernd has any left. the knot is a 25mm Angel Hair from Etsy - very, very soft but adequate backbone.
