I've held pet insurance for my cat, a Devon Rex named Loki for 10 years, with the same insurer and never made a claim. Yesterday Loki was hit by a car, the insurance company have agreed to pay for the emergency vet fee and the 'external' stitches he needed. However, Loki also lost most of his teeth, his inscisors were still present, but clearly broken. What followed was me paying for the initial care amount, up front, just over 2k, which I can get back minus the excess. Only to be told by my insurer that we 'don't cover dental' Thanks for all the support guys! Loki says thanks!!
