Any recommendations for a good rose soap?

Trumpers or TOBS is a good shout. TOBS is more green/freshly cut stem IMO.

Le Pere Lucien Rose de Pushkar is my favourite ... I recall Trumper's being really good and Vulfix, too, although that's technically a cream. Trumper's do a cream as well.

Dr Harris or Wickham's if you can source it

Jabonman Rosa Bourbon. A very luxurious rich scent. It's also expensive, but worth it.

Only rose soap I've used is Wickham Super Smooth English Rose, not made any more sadly.

Czech and Speake 88 is a rose geranium smell - and great performer. Not too expensive either if you go for the refill and put it into a suitable container.

Dusy Kabinett, lovely rose smell... Reminds me of Turkish delight every time I use it. Available very cheaply from Shavedash.

MdC have brought out a rose scented soap now too.

Well, I've got some samples from Shavedash, and so far

• I liked the La Pere Lucien, but it didn't like me quite as much - I'll give it another go
• The C & S No.88 was a great performer - I think it might merit a full tub

I've still got to try the Dusy Kabinett, and I've noticed that Shavedash have got some of the MDC Rose in stock, so watch this space

Apparently Soap Commander’s Love is a replica of Dusy Kabinett. I have not smelled the latter, and I only have the former as a bath soap, but it is a very pleasant rose scent to me.

Bit of a late post here @bandito but I would recommend NSS English Rose..really nice stuff.
