That’s a good shout, been speaking to him a lot lately but holding out for a hand tied knot from him which is a way offAn LE from Black Eagle?
I'm also waiting for his hand tied knots. I'm in line for brush in february/match. Bradley is really nice to talk to and I don't think it's impossible for him to do an LE or GB.That’s a good shout, been speaking to him a lot lately but holding out for a hand tied knot from him which is a way off
He’s also going over to a website soon rather than messaging although that wouldn’t necessarily hinder a GP
Paladin LE would be dreamy (those "round table" beehives are the nicest brushes I've ever seen) but they won't ship outside the US due to a restriction on exporting animal hairIn a all seriousness how about a Paladin or Brad Sears LE?
They won’t but could possibly be circumvented by using help from our American members..Paladin LE would be dreamy (those "round table" beehives are the nicest brushes I've ever seen) but they won't ship outside the US due to a restriction on exporting animal hair
I cannot for the life of me understand the U.S's position on this. I am open to correction here but I cannot see their Badger hair being from indigenous U.S animals, therefore they are probably, like the vast majority of Badger hairs, Chinese in origin. The U.S seem to have no problem allowing import of hair but will not export it.Paladin LE would be dreamy (those "round table" beehives are the nicest brushes I've ever seen) but they won't ship outside the US due to a restriction on exporting animal hair
I guess it’s set up for indigenous animals and they haven’t bothered to set aside different rules for non indigenous.I cannot for the life of me understand the U'S's position on this. Very true, I am wierd in that I really detest the use of Tiger Bones, Rhino Horn and Pangolin scales yet I'm happy to use Badger hair in my brushes. It's the classic One rule for one syndrome. I should really be ashamed of myself in all honestyI guess it’s set up for indigenous animals and they haven’t bothered to set aside different rules for non indigenous.
If we were talking about Africa say then we wouldn’t complain about Rhino horn or Tiger teeth being banned
Very annoying rule but as usual legitimate uses get affected
Tbh mate, i’m exactly the sameVery true, I am wierd in that I really detest the use of Tiger Bones, Rhino Horn and Pangolin scales yet I'm happy to use Badger hair in my brushes. It's the classic One rule for one syndrome. I should really be ashamed of myself in all honesty
It's amazing how the western world holds certain animals above others and thinks them more worthy of life. Elephants, Whales, Dolphins, Tigers and others if killed cause uproar. Everything else is deemed fair game for anything.I struggle too and maintain an ignorance so I can keep enjoying my badger brushes.
Poor form, I know.
